It’s a big day! I’ve just updated to iOS 26.4 and the trombone emoji is finally here 🪊 It was first officially proposed over seven years ago, and three years back I submitted an additional formal application when I started my ITA Presidency hoping to see it approved during my three year term… And here it is, just in time! A small symbol, but a lot of happy trombone players all over the world 🪊

After years of touring & recording around the globe together with some incredible pop artists and bands, we’re always just as excited to come back to our classical roots.
