Serving this remarkable global community, especially as the first female president in ITA history, has been an extraordinary honour, and I will forever be deeply grateful for the trust and support from all my fellow trombone players around the world 🌍

It’s a big day!
I’ve just updated to iOS 26.4 and the trombone emoji is finally here
It was first officially proposed over seven years ago, and three years back I submitted an additional formal application when I started my ITA Presidency hoping to see it approved during my three year term…
And here it is, just in time! A small symbol, but a lot of happy trombone players all over the world
