Boulez with the LSO

The London Symphony Orchestra invited me back as an extra for their work with Pierre Boulez and the BBC Singers in early May. It was wonderful to work with Boulez, especially after studying his life and work during studies at A Level and at Music College.

A European Gala Concert at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels, Belgium and also a concert at the Barbican in London were given. Pieces included Schönberg’s Die Glückliche Hand, op.18, Matthias Pintscher’s Osiris and Bartók’s Bluebeard’s Castle with soloists Michella De Young (mezzo) and Peter Fried (bass).
